Software License Activity Manager

READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

The program Activity Manager is loaned to you under the terms of this license agreement. Rald retains all rights and none of these rights are transferred to you with the purchase of the software. You own the medium on which the software is installed, but Rald retains ownership of the software.

1. License. This license allows you to:
(a) to install the software once per user. Installing the software means that the software is loaded in the temporary memory of a computer or installed on the permanent memory of a computer.
(b) make a copy for backup purposes. Of course you need to include this license with the copy.

2. Restrictions. The software includes password-protected programming code, it is strictly prohibited to make that code readable in any way. It is also prohibited to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate or otherwise edit this software. The transfer of the license to others is permitted only if the software has never been activated.

3. Termination. This license is effective until terminated. This license will terminate tacitly immediately by Rald if you fail to comply with these license terms. When the license is terminated, you must destroy all copies of any software and without receiving back the purchase price and paragraph 6, 7 and 8 remain in force notwithstanding the termination of the license.

4. Passwords and / or codes. The software contains sections that are protected by passwords and / or codes. You are not allowed to enter these passwords and / or codes, modify or delete them unless Rald otherwise instructed to do so.

5. Registration Code. This license includes a registration code that is unique and allows you to use this software. The registration procedure can be performed once per user. By registering the software it will be linked to the user. Changes to the hardware and / or system may lead to the inability to use the software. In this case, once a reserve code may be applied in the manner prescribed by Rald. To apply for this reserve code charges are applicable. You are prohibited to disclose the registration and / or the backup code to others in any way whatsoever. Using these codes automatically means that you agree with these license terms.

6. Limited Warranty. Rald warrants for a period of 90 days from date of purchase the correct operation of the software in normal use. Rald warranty shall at all times be limited to replacement of the software, which means that it can be downloaded again.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY AND Rald EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES UNLESS ANY WARRANTIES ENFORCED BY DUTCH LAW.

7. Limitation of liability or damages. In all cases Rald will reject any liability for any damages whatsoever of Activity Manager licensees, its distributors, directors, employees or partners, including any consequential damages whatsoever. Any compensation shall at all times be limited to the refund of the purchase price.

8. Support. Rald only grant assistance through its website, by email or telephone. Costs will apply on use of the helpline. Entitled help to any relief whatsoever can only be made if you have entered your personal data when registering. Inaccurate, incomplete or no indication of personal data leads to exclusion from the right to assistance. The aid is limited to the operation of the software and is only given via the Internet, by e-mail or telephone.

9. Privacy. All data that have been received Rald will only seek to provide support to its customers and will not be provided to third parties. An exception applies where you have explicitly indicated also to receive information from companies that Rald cooperates with. In that case, you consent Rald to use your information and to send you information. You may stop using these services at any time by indicating your wishes in email send to Rald.
