Distribution permissions: A. Object

The object of the Organyze Affiliate Program is to publish electronic advertisements, listings and catalogs for Organyze on the Affiliate’s Website, in lieu of compensation for which, the Affiliate will receive a Commission; the amount of Commission will depend on sales generated by referrals from the Affiliate's Website. The rate of the Commission applicable will be that which is posted at the Distributor/Gateway through which all transactions will be routed.

The Affiliate Website will have to register with one of our distributors/payment gateways to ensure the tracking of the referrals from the Affiliate Website and the calculation of the Commissions due.

B. Affiliate Program

(a) Affiliate Participation
Participation of an individual Affiliate in the Program is dependent on activation by Organyze Systems. Once the Affiliate has emailed a request for participation in the Organyze Affiliate Program, Organyze Systems will revert to the Program applicant with various program details, including contact information about one or more distributors/gateways through which the Affiliate Program is being conducted, and with which the applicant may register. On being activated, the Affiliate can begin participating in this program and is bound by these Terms and Conditions -

C. Terms and Conditions

a) Distribution under the Organyze Affiliate Program will only consist of the original archive/package supplied by Organyze Systems. The Affiliate may not alter, delete or add any files in the distribution archive/package.

b) The distribution does not include registration key files. In particular, you may not distribute a registered piece of this software product.

c) No money is charged to the person receiving this software product, beyond reasonable cost of packaging and other overhead.

d) If Organyze Systems finds that you have violated any of the terms of this Distribution Agreement, we may terminate the Agreement.

User licence agreement
Introduction
This is an agreement between you (either an individual or an entity), the end user, and Organyze Systems Private Limited (hereinafter, “Organyze Systems”) for trade named and trade marked ‘Organyze 3.1.’
‘Organyze 3.1’ (hereinafter referred as ‘Software’) licence agreement (“licence”) permits you to use one copy of the specified version of the software product identified above (“Software”) on any single computer, provided the software is in use on only one computer at any time. If you have multiple licenses for the software then at any time you may have as many copies of the software in use as you have licences.
Ownership of licence
Organyze Systems is the full owner of the program during the trial period until you purchase it, and remains in ownership of the program even after such purchase. Purchase of the licence does not confer ownership of the software to you but provides you with a licence to use the software on one machine. You will not make any claims otherwise. The terms of the licence are as follows:
· You can use the software only on one machine.
· You can make one copy of the software and use that copy only as a back-up record.
· You must not alter the software.
· You must not rent, lease, or lend the software.
· You must not redistribute the software.
· You must not take the software apart to analyse it or produce a copy of it by examining its code.
· You must not allow others to use or have access to the software in any way for them to provide diagnostic, maintenance, repair or technical support services to you or others, and you must not use the software in any way that allows third parties to provide such services.
· If the software contains elements that make functions in the software work, you must use those elements only in connection with the software.
Copyright
The software is owned by Organyze Systems and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the software like any other copyrighted material (e.g., a book or musical recording) except that you may either (a) make one copy of the software solely for backup or archival purposes, or (b) transfer the software to a single hard disk provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes. You may not copy the written materials, if any, accompanying the software.
Limited warranty
Organyze Systems warrants that (a) the software will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of installation. Organyze Systems’s entire liability during this period, and your exclusive remedy, shall be, at Organyze Systems’s option, either (a) return of the price paid or (b) repair of the software. This limited warranty is void if failure of the software occurs from accident, abuse or misapplication.
No other warranties
Organyze Systems disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose, with respect to the software.
