License agreement

The present license agreement represents the agreement between NANO Antivirus (beta) user (hereinafter referred to as “User”) and NANO Security Ltd constituting NANO Antivirus (beta) vendor.

NANO Antivirus (beta) is a beta version of software for free testing.

NANO Security Ltd reserves the right to change conditions of this license for any next versions of this software.

User can use this software without any restriction during the license period and on the number of PCs defined by the license.

NANO Security Ltd provides registered Users with technical support on www.nanoav.ru (user should be registered on the site to get technical support).

NANO Security Ltd guarantees strict confidence of any information which is collected from Users. All personal information as e-mail addresses etc. is used only for internal needs. The access to information is strictly limited. Under no circumstances any personal information including e-mail addresses etc. will be disclosed to third parties.

NANO Antivirus (beta) is distributed «As Is» without any warranty. NANO Security Ltd does not and cannot warrant performance or results User may obtain by using the software. User uses it on his own risk. In no event NANO Security Ltd shell be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including lost profits), even if NANO Security Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Installing or using this software in any other way User confirms the fact that he has read carefully, thoroughly understood and accepted the conditions of this license agreement.

If User does not accept the conditions of this license agreement, he must not use NANO Antivirus (beta).
