Distribution permissions: A Keystroke software license identified by a valid Serial Number may be
transferred or resold by submitting a properly completed License Transfer
Form and Registration Fee to Specialized Business Solutions ('SBS'), the
owner and publisher of Keystroke software. The Registration Fee is 50% of
the current List Price of the licensed software. A Keystroke software
license resold without a properly completed License Transfer Form and
Registration Fee will not be eligible to receive technical support services
or software updates from SBS. All License Transfers are subject to approval
by Specialized Business Solutions.

Each Keystroke Serial Number represents the right to use one copy of the
software on a single computer or a single local area network (LAN) installed
at a single location. A separate Keystroke software license identified by a
unique Serial Number must be purchased for each store or business location
at which the system is to be used. Keystroke software is published and owned
by Specialized Business Solutions, a California corporation, and is
protected by United States copyright laws.

The approved transfer and registration of a Keystroke software license does
not automatically entitle the transferee to technical support service or
software updates. Please contact a local Keystroke dealer or SBS for
information and pricing on available training, technical support, and
software updates.

Specialized Business Solutions License Agreement

Important! Please read carefully: Before installing this program, it is important that you read and understand the following license agreement. By using Keystroke or any other software published by Specialized Business Solutions, a California corporation, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

Specialized Business Solutions ('SBS') grants you (the licensed owner) the right to install one copy of the enclosed software on a single computer or local area network (LAN) and to use this copy of the software in the operation of a single business entity. A 'business entity' is defined as a place of doing business (such as a storefront, office or warehouse), or a unique commercial business differentiated by advertising, signage or business name which can be perceived by the public as a separate business. A separate licensed copy of Keystroke with a unique serial number must be purchased for each separate business entity using Keystroke.

The Keystroke software is owned by SBS and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Therefore, no part of this software or accompanying documents may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, magnetic, or otherwise) without the written permission of SBS.

SBS makes no warranties implied or inferred with respect to this software, the accompanying documents, and any accompanying hardware. Further, SBS reserves the right to change the information in this software or accompanying documents without notice. SBS shall not be liable for errors contained herein or for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) resulting from the use of or inability to use this product. Any and all disputes arising out of or related in any way to this license agreement shall be resolved through arbitration procedures, as recommended by the American Arbitration Association, in Long Beach, California.
